Met a buyer at our local CVS Thursday evening. Buyer drove off and left me with $25 NOT the $2000 that was agreed. This is a Green w/silver 2 tone 1996 Ford F150-Standard Cab Long Bed 2WD with (C A T) in the rear window and some hunting decals. Buyer said he lived in the apartments above the old wonder bar across from Stingers uptown. Buyer went by the name of Randal Jo Williams. Any information would be very helpful in this matter-Please relay any info to the Elwood PD.
