Fairmount will hold its second annual town wide rummage sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 3., rain or shine. The sale is sponsored by the Unity of Fairmount Extension Homemakers Club.

Marion “Frank” Walker, of Brownstown, Indiana will speak on his WWII experience at the Battle of Iwo Jima. He is one of the few survivors of this battle.

Sunday, May 4th, Noon at the Edgewood Golf Club. This will be your last chance to hear the candidates before the primary. To reserve a seat contact Carol Auker at 644-4881.
