OK, which official can I contact about Insight Cable Company not coming out and fixing lines of theirs that are coming down? I am not a customer of theirs so I feel like that is why they are giving me the run around and not fixing the lines like they should. I have asked them 3 times this year to come out and fix them before they get caught up on one of my hay loads, they hang way to low and are falling apart. 2 times they came out and just bound them up with what looks like wire and electrical tape, and they came down now a 3rd time and it has been 2 weeks and still nobody has come out to fix the lines. I have told them time and time again that the lines need to be re-strung, that I could probably reach the lines by putting my hand out the window of my truck, and that I have taken pictures of the lines to prove they hang very very low and are falling apart.
