They will alert you to any new sex offenders that are moving into your neighborhood. I am still amazed at how many there are in Elwood, and it seems as tho the numbers are still growing.

I am looking out for the kids, and believe it is our right to be notified immediately of a new registered offender. It only takes a few minutes..
