i was asked the other day by a potential Elwood resident who might be looking into moving to Elwood about the laws pertaining to horses within the city limits of Elwood. does anybody know where i might be able to find those written laws?

 yes, we have a Elwood mailing address but are still considered County here and own 19 acres, so the laws for us go under Madison County not Elwood.

she is looking into only 5 acres and it is within the Elwood City limits. any information would be appreciated.
